The Haven Rum Co. Coconut rum is a perfect fusion of 40% distilled rum and real toasted coconut to produce a premium blend perfect for your favourite cocktails, no matter the time of year.
The Haven Rum Co. Coconut is fermented at high temperatures on site at our Woodstock distillery from a combination of molasses and sugar cane syrup to produce the softer, consistent flavours that characterise our rums.
Our double distillation process produces a spirit between 75-58% APV, and ensures the right purity and flavour profiles, ready for the Coconut infusion.
The distilled spirit is left to settle before we infuse our Coconut rum with natural coconut extract to give it the full, rich, consistent flavour it’s renowned for, and then again for another week to allow the infusion to fully develop.
Our rum is then bottled as the crystal clear, 40% APV Coconut rum spirit aperitif with a lasting, premium flavour to light up any occasion.
